Philips X806 and Philips C702 Show Up

Philips X806 and Philips C702 Both of them are touchscreen phones that will probably be released in China pretty soon.

The Philips X806 is a 14mm thick phone that comes with features like: 3.5 inch TFT display with 240 x 400 pixels, 5MP camera, Bluetooth, FM radio, 47MB of internal memory and MicroSD card support.

Unfortunately, the phone only has quad-band GSM/GPRS connectivity. Well, at least it looks good:

Philips C702 is a CDMA 1X phone that seems to be heading to China Telecom (it has its logo on it).

The features of C702 include: 3.4 inch QVGA display, GPS, 1.3MP camera, Bluetooth, 70MB of internal memory and MicroSD card support.

The handset will come with quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity, a 3.2 inch HVGA touchscreen display, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3MP camera, 256MB of internal memory and MicroSD card support.

Philips V808 will be the companies first Android phone

Philips’ first smartphone, powered by Google Android OS. It’s said that the Philips V808 has a 3.2 inch 320×480 HVGA display and a 3.2 megapixel camera, and features video recording.The dimensions are 115×61×14mm.

Unfortunately for Philips everyone is looking for the biggest splash an Android can make and the V808 will likely pencil point into the phone pool with specs that will be run-of-the-mill by the time it launches:

Philips Xenium X650 in Russia and Asia

Philips Xenium X650 in Russia and Asia. This model is made in a form-factor “slider” has an attractive appearance with smooth lines of the shell, which houses the 3.2 MP camera with autofocus. Just like any other Xenium, your Philips X650 will last a month on a stand-by and give you up to 8hrs of talk time.

Of the additional functionality of its new items, the company pointed to a built FM-radio with RDS, MP3 player with support for microSD memory cards, as well as support for wireless technology, Bluetooth, a profile including A2DP, which allows to transmit stereo sound. The phone also supports Tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900MHz) connectivity with GPRS.

It seems that the Philips X650 is designed to be a low end phone, so the price is accessible, so there might be a good number of buyers. The launch is something that unknown yet.

Philips Xenium X830 Released

Back in June Philips has added a new member to its Xenium series with the introduction of Philips X830, now finally has been released including two photos and official specs. Philips X830 will support quad-band GSM voice networks and GPRS and EDGE data connections. Like most of Philips’ handsets, the X830 also sports an impressive battery lifetime that lasts up to 10 hours in talk-time, or up to 1.5 months in stand-by-time.
The full specs list of the X830 includes:

Philips Xenium X630, a good-looking candybar that should be available in the near future (probably in China first).

The X630 doesn’t have 3G connectivity, and most of its features are mid to low-end.

However, users will probably appreciate the fact that the phone comes with a 1530 mAh battery capable of lasting up to 12 hours in talk-time, or up to 50 days in stand-by time.
Measuring 111.8 x 48.9 x 15.1 mm and weighing 118 grams, the X630 also features:

* 3.2MP camera
* Bluetooth with A2DP
* Music player

The device can work out without recharging the battery the whole 50 days, while the models are usually long series Xenium able to withstand about a month. Philips Xenium X630 also feature a small tachpad or optical trekpad, which is located below the display. At least as far as can be seen in the image, it is precisely this element of control. Philips C600 and W186

Philips will launch the C600 and W186 later this week. The Philips C600 is a dual-mode cell phone that works on Tri-band GSM networks (900/1800/1900 MHz), and on CDMA 800 MHz. What makes this handset unique is that it comes with two call keys, one for GSM and one for CDMA. Other features include a 2.4-inch QVGA touchscreen display, an MP3 player, a 1.3MP camera with video recording, a 2.5MB of internal memory and MicroSD card support (up to 2GB).

Meanwhile, the Philips W186 is made for China Unicom’s Wo brand. The phone supports Tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900 MHz) and dual-band UMTS (850/2100 MHz) connectivity, with HSDPA 3.6Mbps. Other specs include a 2-inch TFT display with 176 x 220 pixels, a 2MP camera with video recording, Bluetooth with A2DP, an FM radio, a 150MB of internal memory, and MicroSD card support (up to 8GB). No word on pricing so far. We will keep you posted.

This new candybar phone sports a touchscreen display with 240 x 400 resolution and 262k colors, a 5MP autofocus camera with LED flash, a music player, an FM radio with RDS, GPS, a 47MB of internal memory, a microSDHC card slot, WiFi, Bluetooth and supports quad band GSM connectivity with EDGE (no 3G). The phone should be soon available in China and Eastern Europe for unannounced price yet.
